A Process You Can Trust

ECG carefully evaluates real estate using empirical data and research. Team members personally inspect each prospective purchase, and compile lists of assets that have the greatest potential for profitability. The Group then negotiates to achieve a purchase price that supports the desired margin of profit. ECG is a trusted advisor to several banks and is allowed to examine many portfolios before the assets are marketed publicly. After an offer has been accepted, the team carefully monitors escrow and starts the turnaround process by seeking wholesale purchasers for a majority of the assets. The Group selects and retains the prime real estate assets in order to retail them at a maximum profit when the opportunity arises.

Equity Capital Group's management team is poised to take maximum advantage of today's unprecedented opportunities, combining decades of experience, long-standing relationships, a fundamental understanding of the marketplace, and a wealth of expertise in various aspects of real estate development.
