ECG's proprietary data analysis system enables the Group to make specialized, comprehensive evaluations of sub-markets. This system and proprietary knowledge allows the Fund Managers to diversify investments, which serves to protect our investors.
A smaller percentage of acquired real estate assets will be hand-selected and held for sale on the retail market, after they have been assessed by ECG to hold the highest appreciable values. Since these deeply discounted assets are purchased in volume from banks, hedge funds, private investors, private equity funds and homebuilders, investors can expect a probability of a high return when the assets are eventually sold.

Investors receive a quarterly newsletter that keeps them informed of the Fund's performance and relevant market events.
Investors will also have access to a secure area of The Westward Fund website so that they can login and obtain up-to-date information. The Westward Fund will be audited from inception to completion by a third party accounting firm.
